Spray coating is a coating process in which the paint is sprayed onto the workpiece by the spray gun. The spray coating machine adopts automated machines to control the spray guns instead of manual operation, which highly reduces labor cost, improves productivity and the sprayed coating film features smoother surface and more consistent color.

The spray coating machine can process the flat substrates and irregular-shaped substrates. The coating equipment is able to spray 5 sides at the same time, greatly improving the finishing efficiency. The generated coating film is uniform and color-consistent, which makes the spray coating equipment ideal for workpieces need to be coated on multiple sides or irregular-shaped workpieces, like cupboard, door panel and various furniture panels.
