Roller Conveyor and Belt Conveyor

Function

The conveyor is used to transport workpieces, connect multiple machines and form a production line. It’s also convenient for operators to check the coating performance in real time.
XMF provide two types of conveyors: belt conveyor and roller conveyor. The belt conveyor with strong stability is more suitable for small-sized workpieces; The roller conveyor with high loading capacity is ideal for large-sized heavy duty products.
A custom conveyor is available in XMF according to the width of the product needs to be transported.

Application

The conveyor is used to transport workpieces and connect the production line of all coating equipment to form a complete coating process.

The height of the sander frame can be adjusted according to the width of substrate to obtain a better sanding quality.
Air-operated lifting system for easy sanding belt replacement.
