XMF multiple roller coater is specially designed to handle various specialty substrates. We install an elastic device on the applicator rolls which can stretch out or draw back when the substrate size differentiates to eliminate the coating errors and form a smooth coating film.

For unsmooth substrates, we utilize roll coating machines with applicator rollers of different hardness on basis of the substrate’s surface curvature. The more complex the shape of the workpiece is, a more flexible applicator roll is needed. Besides the roll coaters, spray coating machines can also be used.
